REVIEW LUMINA MUSIC ACADEMY’S POLICIES IN DETAIL
RATES AND ENROLLMENT
Enrollment fees are charged monthly, covering one weekly lesson of 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the chosen plan. The monthly fee is fixed regardless of the number of weeks in the month.
If payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to offer your spot to another interested student. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you arrive late, you will receive the remaining lesson time, but the class will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.

We accept payments by credit card, Zelle, or check.
Payment must be made before the first day of each month to keep your schedule reserved.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect students and their families to maintain a respectful attitude toward staff, other students, and the teaching space.
PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY
At certain times, we may ask for your consent to take photos or videos during lessons or events for promotional and educational purposes. We will always respect your decision and only use images if you expressly authorize us.
MAKE-UP LESSONS
We understand that unforeseen events may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, the lesson can be rescheduled. Late notice results in the loss of the lesson and payment will not be refunded.
HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
Lumina Music Academy may be closed during official holidays or planned vacations. Affected lessons will be rescheduled.
LIABILITY
By participating, you agree to release Lumina Music Academy, its staff, and instructors from liability for any injury, accident, or damage. Lumina Music Academy is not responsible for indirect damages.
